We offer high quality replacement screens for circular vibratory separators. All of our screens go through a series of tests to ensure product maximization and throughput. Our heat cured epoxy bonding is suitable for high temperatures and food grade separation. Our accomplished staff is available to discuss your screening needs and how to integrate our premiere product to meet your exacting standards.
Screen Materials:
Each screen is stretched in precision fixtures and checked for uniform screen cloth tension. Stainless steel tubular rings are bonded with high strength epoxy resin. We offer mill, market, and tensil bolting grades in a wide range of meshes.
New/Replacement Screens:
We can quote a full range of ring diameters for your new or rescreening needs.
Accessories:
Products available include clamp rings, flexible connectors, sliders, rubber boots, and rubber balls.
